Our marketplace solution was built using new-generation technologies, such as AI, NLP, ML to name a few. Through a user friendly platform and customizable filters HR is able to asses candidates by level of compatibility- highest to lowest, and post open positions seamlessly. Job seekers, on the other hand, browse all open positions, and see their compatibility level for each position prior to applying – helping them apply to the most relevant positions to them and deterring them from applying to one that don’t match their experience – unburdening HR of irrelevant job applications. The mobile app has a user friendly, easy to use interface – as easy as “swapping right”. Through the ICVapp platform, companies are able to actively update in-the-running applicants throughout the employment process- so you always know where you stand with each company.

CHANGING THE METRICS
Working with leading local and global companies, we quickly gained the attention and interest of more than half of the IT industry in Israel, effectively dominating the Israeli market – providing companies with a quick and simple way to find the best matching, talented, leading candidates for them. Marketplace results have been unprecedented. Using the old system HR personal go through an average of 100 candidates to fill one single position [1/100], a process that ranges anywhere between 30 to 45 work days. Using the ICVapp – Companies narrowed their interviewing pool by cutting straight to the top 3 applicants shortlist provided by out technology – [1/3] hiring and filling positions in fractions on the time – reducing their Time-to-Hire to less than 14 days.
